Shipping & Returns

We post across Australia using Australia Post and a low flat rate. There is also the option of picking up your goods from Michelago.

All prices on our website are inclusive of GST when posted within Australia.

Before your order is confirmed we will provide the total price in Australian dollars of all the goods you are purchasing, including packing and postage charges.

Payment for goods including postage costs must be made before goods will be despatched.

A receipt will be emailed to your specified email address upon receipt of payment.

Your order will be despatched within 3 business days, although we endeavour to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for orders once they have been despatched by Pacawoolly. If you require added insurance or registered post please contact us for these additional costs and a revised invoice.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us within 7 business days to discuss the best option.
