“You” and “your” are references to persons purchasing our products.

A legally binding contract is created between Pacawoolly (“us”, “we”) and you when we receive your order and payment and we send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provide when ordering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order goods through Pacawoolly.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and we may limit sales (including quantities) of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Pacawoolly provides goods that are either one-off or in limited quantities. If a product you have ordered is unavailable for any reason, we will let you know if and when it will be available if you are interested in a substitute. If this does not suit we will happily refund your order. If an item needs to be custom made for you, this will take time, depending on current orders. We will not be liable for disappointment or other losses suffered due to product unavailability.

Pacawoolly reserves the right to accept or reject any orders received for any reason including if a product is not available, or there is an error in the price or the product description on our website, or an error in an order made by you.

We retain ownership of the goods until we have received payment from you in full. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation from the card issuer. If we do not receive authorisation we will not despatch your goods and will not be liable to you for delay or non-delivery.

Goods will be delivered in accordance with the preference you state on your order (either as items become available or all items as one delivery) to the address you give when ordering.
